Violation of these rules may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any prizes won.

3. Streamer Responsibilities

Streamers are responsible for fulfilling prizes promised in their giveaways. KickRaffles is a tool for managing entries and selection; we are not responsible for the physical or digital delivery of prizes by third parties.

4. Account Verification

To ensure a secure environment, we may require users to link external accounts and pass security checks. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone failing these security criteria.
