KickRaffles runs giveaways from your Kick chat. A shared alt registry keeps known alt accounts out, and every draw is locked before the first entry, so anyone can verify the winner afterwards.

You and your moderators report alt accounts with evidence. Reported accounts are blocked from your giveaways right away. Once a report is reviewed and confirmed, Pro streamers block that account across the whole network. Viewers can appeal.
When a giveaway goes live, a hash of a secret seed is posted in chat. After the draw, the seed and the entry snapshot are published on a public page. Anyone can hash the seed, compare it with the commitment, and recompute the winner. The ticket above does exactly that.
