1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KickRaffles you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User conduct and fairness

KickRaffles is a platform for fair and transparent giveaways. Users are prohibited from:

• Using multiple accounts (alts) to enter a single giveaway.
• Bypassing security measures, including VPN and proxy detection.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Linking unauthorized or stolen accounts (Kick, Discord, Steam).

Violating these rules may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any prizes won.

3. Streamer responsibilities

Streamers are responsible for fulfilling the prizes promised in their giveaways. KickRaffles is a tool for managing entries and selection. We are not responsible for the physical or digital delivery of prizes by third parties.

4. Account verification

To keep the environment secure, we may require users to link external accounts and pass security checks. We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who fails these checks.

5. Modifications to the service

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modification.

6. Limitation of liability

KickRaffles is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
